Shirt Co is currently looking for a friendly, self-sufficient, well-organized, passionate, creative customer service representative to add to our growing team. Our goal is to have this position evolve into a sales-focused position after gaining more knowledge/company experience as a customer service representative.

Desired Skills & Experience for Sales:
-Friendly, organized, and works well with others
-Artist at heart
-Outstanding communication skills (face-to-face, email, and phone)
-Detail-oriented and able to complete tasks with minimal oversight
-Strong writing, typing, and phone skills
-Proficiency with invoicing software, Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of the industry is a plus
-Eager to help where needed and adapts well to change
-Must have a background in Customer Service role
-Able to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
General Expectations for the Role:
-Being knowledgeable about our industry and the products/services sold by our company
-Being attentive and the front-most facing role for in-person traffic at our retail shop, and inbound sales calls (we answer after two rings!)
-Able to forward calls and answer questions regarding order statuses in a timely manner
-Following training, being comfortable still learning how to use our primary software product, Printavo, on the job
-Typing up detailed work orders in Printavo for production
-Growing and tracking inbound prospect interactions in our custom-built CRM
-Ensure our customers are always over-satisfied with our service
-Physically able to lift/move multiple(sometimes heavy) boxes using a dolly and help customers load into their vehicles
-Availability from 8-5 M-F(Possible Saturday availability)
-Proudly growing yours and the Shirt Co promotional brand on appropriate professional social networks and out in the community
Starting Pay: 20.00 per hour.
