Order Statuses Explained

We have quite a few order statuses here at Shirt.Co and realize that some may not mean much to you while checking the order status so here is a quick explanation of all of our statuses and what each ones means to you as a customer. And of course, if you have any questions about your order or it’s status, feel free to call us at 636-926-2777

QUOTE
Nothing is happening with your order at this stage. Some information is in our system but it has not progressed to the ordering or art work approval stage.

CONTRACTOR QUOTE APPROVAL SENT (EMAIL AND TEXT)
We sent you an official quote approval via email and text and are waiting for your approval. Once approved, we will begin the order process.

RUSH QUOTE APPROVAL SENT (EMAIL & TEXT)

QUOTE APPROVED, SENT PAYMENT REQUEST VIA EMAIL

You approved your quote and a payment request was sent to you. We are waiting on payment to proceed. Sometimes this status has a lag, if you have paid and this is still stuck, wait just a bit and check back. Our sales crew changes this status manually once they see the payment notification.

RUSH ORDER APPROVED – SENT PAYMENT REQUEST VIA EMAIL

You approved your RUSH quote and a payment request was sent to you. We are waiting on payment to proceed. Sometimes this status has a lag, if you have paid and this is still stuck, wait just a bit and check back. Our sales crew changes this status manually once they see the payment notification.

ORDER APPROVED – ORDER GOODS AND PRINT PACKING SLIP
Your order has been sent to our purchasing department for ordering goods. Once goods are ordered,our receiving team will print out the packing slip to count goods in and then this order will move to the art department for proofing.

RUSH ORDER APPROVED – ORDER GOODS AND PRINT PACKING SLIP
Your RUSH order has been sent to our purchasing department for ordering goods. Once goods are ordered,our receiving team will print out the packing slip to count goods in and then this order will move to the art department for proofing.

CONTRACT ORDER APPROVED – PRINT PACKING SLIP

You approved your order. Our receiving team will print out the packing slip to count goods in and then this order will move to the art department for art review and proofing.

RUSH CONTRACT ORDER APPROVED – PRINT PACKING SLIP
You approved your RUSH order. Our receiving team will print out the packing slip to count goods in and then this order will move to the art department for art review and proofing.

ORDER APPROVED
Your order is now at the art department. They will review the order to see if new proofs are needed, art is existing, etc. from here, they will either assign it to a certain artist for proofing or send it back to the correct department for production if it is an existing art order with no changes.

RUSH ORDER APPROVED
Your RUSH order is now at the art department. ELLYN WORKING ON ART
Your art has been assigned to our designer, Ellyn Cox. She has this order in her queue and will have proofs sent to you usually within 24-48 hours. If the art is existing, it will be reviewed and sent back to the appropriate department for production.

STEVE WORKING ON ART

SCOTT WORKING ON ART

ART ONLY APPROVED / WAITING ON ORDER
You approved your artwork, now we are just waiting on an order from you to proceed.

ART APPROVED
Artwork has been approved. The art department is now prepping the art for the appropriate department and will send off to production once complete.

ONLINE STORE IMAGES UPLOADED – CREATE ONLINE STORE
Artwork for an online store is approved and the files have been sent to the store processing team for store creation.

ONLINE STORE EMBROIDERY ART APPROVED – SEND TO DIGITIZER
Embroidery artwork for an online store is approved and the files have been sent to the embroidery digitizers so they are ready to go once the orders arrive.

PRODUCTION FILES COMPLETED + SENT TO SCREEN DEPT
The RUSH artwork production files have been added to your order and sent to our screen department. Each color in the image will be separated and burned into its own screen for printing.

RUSH PRODUCTION FILES COMPLETED + SENT TO SCREEN DEPT
The RUSH artwork production files have been added to your order and sent to our screen department. Each color in the image will be separated and burned into its own screen for printing.

PRODUCTION FILES COMPLETED + SENT TO SCREEN DEPT + ALL GOODS ARE HERE
The artwork files are ready for screens and all of your goods are here. This order is ready for production at any time. Usually orders are processed around the customer due date on your invoice.

The artwork production files have been sent to our vinyl department.

SENT FILES TO THE ROLAND DIGITAL PRINTER

TRANSFERS ARRIVED
The transfers for your apparel are in the building and your order is ready to heatpress.

PRINT COMPLETE // NEEDS NAMES OR NUMBERS HEATPRESSED
We completed the screen printing portion of this job and now it needs vinyl names or numbers applied to the back. This is usually completed 6-12 hours after the print is complete.

SCREENS BURNED
We created the screens for your screen printing job and are just waiting for all of the goods to arrive to print this order

SCREENS BURNED AND ITEMS ARE HERE READY TO PRINT
We created the screens for your screen printing job and all of your goods are here. Your job is ready to print! Most jobs are completed around the customer due date on your invoice.

SCREENS BURNED RUSH ITEMS ARE HERE READY TO PRINT
We created the screens for your RUSH screen printing job and all of your goods are here. Your job is ready to print! Since this is a rush job, it has the highest priority and will be done ASAP.

SCREENS BURNED RUSH!
We created the screens for this RUSH job but are still waiting on goods to arrive. As soon as all of the shirts arrive, we will get this job printed.

JOB IS STAGED
Your order is staged on our production floor and should be done soon. Typically they are done within 12 hours once the job enters this stage.

RUSH JOB STAGED
Your RUSH order is staged on our production floor and has the highest priority. We will have it printed ASAP!

JOB STARTED
Your order is on a press and rolling now! Once complete, we will send it to our finishing department for inspection and boxing.

RUSH JOB STARTED

PRINT COMPLETE / MISSING GOODS
We printed your order but it looks like some goods were missing once we were done. We are on it and are making sure everything is accounted for.

PRINT COMPLETE / NEEDS STORE SEPARATION
This order has been completed and sent to our online store department for separating. There are usually 3-4 separate orders with each online store so as soon as all orders are complete, we will separate the orders by each person’s individual order and then notify you when the store is ready for pickup or ships.

SEWOUT APPROVAL SENT (EMAIL AND TEXT)
We produced a sewout and sent it your way for approval. Once approved, we will send this order to production.

You approved your sewout and we will now begin the production process. This doesn’t stay as this status long. Should get sent to production asap.

EMBROIDERY ART APPROVED. EMBROIDERY SEND TO DIGITIZER (EMAIL)
Art has been approved and now the embroidery team is responsible for sending this to the digitizer for embroidery production files.

RUSH EMBROIDERY ART APPROVED. EMBROIDERY SEND TO DIGITIZER
Art has been approved for your RUSH order and now the embroidery team is responsible for sending this to the digitizer for embroidery production files.

EMBROIDERY FILES SENT TO DIGITIZER
We have sent your approved art files to our digitizer and should have them back within 12-24 hours.

Your order is on the machines and rolling now! Typically this means your order will be complete within 12-24 hours unless it’s a larger order. After this, we’ll send it to our finishing department for inspection.

RUSH EMBROIDERY STAGED OR RUNNING

TRIMMING
The order is now done running on the machines and has been sent to our trimming department to remove the excess backing from the back of the design.

BLANK GARMENTS
This is a blank garment order. Goods have been ordered and are on the way. We will notify you as soon as the goods arrive.

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCT ORDER – SENT ORDER OFF

We have ordered your promotional products. We send most of these orders out to another company so they will produce them and ship them to you as soon as they are complete.

SHIPPED
Your order has shipped out! Tracking is added to the customer notes section of your invoice.

ORDER COMPLETE // SEND CUSTOMER EMAIL & TEXT (PAID INVOICE NOTIFICATION)
Your order is paid for and ready to pickup! We are here 9-5 M-F and you can pick up anytime.

Your order has shipped out and we sent you a notification that there is still a balance on the invoice. Tracking information is located in the customer notes area of your invoice and prompt payment is always appreciated!

INVOICE RESENT FOR PAYMENT (EMAIL AND TEXT)
This is a friendly reminder that you have an open balance on this invoice and payment is still owed. Sometimes orders get stuck at this status even after order is paid so if you are all paid up, don’t sweat.

The online store is now live? Our art crew is responsible for adding the production files to the ticket so the order is ready to roll once the store closes.

DST FILES UPLOADED FOR ONLINE STORE – READY FOR STORE CLOSE
Embroidery production files have been added to the invoices and this order is ready for production once the store closes.

STORE CLOSED – READY TO PROCESS
Your online store has closed and is now ready for production. Our team will order the goods now and send it to the production team for printing and embroidery after the goods are ordered.

TRANSFERS ORDERED
We have ordered transfers for your order and they should be arriving any day. Once here, we will apply to the shirts and notify you when the order is ready.

ART DECLINED
The art for this order has been declined and the decline message has gone to the appropriate artist. You will be receiving revisions shortly.

QUOTE DECLINED
The quote we sent was declined. If revisions were needed, you wil be receiving a new quote asap.
