Screen printing is a technique that involves a thick, non-water soluble ink called plastisol, a mesh screen, a squeegee, and a stencil. Utilizing emulsion, our team coats the screen. A stencil is used to coerce the plastisol ink through the screen, or block it depending on your design. If you don’t already have one, our team would love to create a design for you. The ink then hardens in the shape of your design and the stenciled screen is put on a press directly on top of the material. After the ink is placed on the material it has to cure, so heat is applied to solidify the design. 5-Stars is not enough! What Mike and his staff did for me was out of this world. My brother who is 20 years my senior, and I went to Field of Dreams last week and these guys made us 2 custom made shirts & caps.
