Summer Store Setup Promo Form

SCHOOL STORES ONLY. Store must be made for the Fall 2024 school semester. 24 item minimum for store orders to be produced. Store setup must be completed within the promo month to qualify (ex: May store submission must be setup/complete before June 1st to qualify for the $75 off May promo). ONLY THE STORE SETUP PERSON IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROMO.

IMPORTANT: ONCE A STORE CLOSES IT WILL NOT BE RE-OPENED FOR ADDONS. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED DURING THE TIME THE STORE IS OPEN.
All stores require at least 24 pieces to process. If your store does not meet the min order requirement customers will be issued a refund.
ORDERS TAKE APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS TO COMPLETE AFTER THE STORE CLOSE DATE. You will be notified when all store orders are separated and ready for pickup or shipping.
Store pricing includes 2 screen printed logos and 1 embroidered logo. If you'd like to offer more logos additional charges may apply.
