With every order at Shirt.Co, there are 7 stages it has to go through. They are:
- SALES
- The customer tells us what they are looking for.
- After that we send the customer an quote with everything they want on there.
- Once approved, we send a payment request.
- After the quote is paid for, it moves to the next stage.
- PURCHASING
- Our purchasing team verifies that the order is approved and paid for.
- Then they order all of the goods.
- ART
- While we wait for the goods to arrive, the proofing process begins.
- If the artwork is declined, we send a new proof with revisions.
- If the artwork is approved, art files are sent to production.
- RECEIVING
- When the items arrive, we double check the counts and make sure that everything has arrived for the order.
- Once everything has arrived, they are sent to the production department.
- PRODUCTION
- We make sure that all the items are here and the art files are uploaded.
- Items are then produced.
- FINISHING
- Your order is complete!
- A triple quality check is done to ensure the garments are perfect.
- Once that is done, we ship the order out or notify the customer that their order is ready for pickup.
- FOLLOW UP
- We check in to make sure you loved your order.
